Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying different parts of the property.
In addition to this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
